Professional Project Planning
Upon receipt of an order, a Contract Management team will be put together by the Contracts Director. A Contract Manager will then be appointed who will then build a team including an engineer, structural steel detailer(s), quantity surveyor and site erection team.

To maintain our relationship with our Clients who provide us with repeat orders; the same project team will be selected enabling us to consistently provide the excellent quality of service expected.
Our Document Management System is used to create full project plans and programmes for the following:
General Arrangement drawings
Detailed Fabrication drawings
Approval of Drawings
Purchasing of Structural Steel
Purchasing of Specialist items
Subcontract orders
Deliveries
Phased Handovers
Internal meetings are held weekly, with attendance of the representatives from each of the departments involved in the project. All activities within the programme are monitored and if possible improvements made in order to achieve earlier site completion for the Client.
