The new “TAAG Safety System” is a unique lightweight panel that clips onto our standard edge protection handrail. The lightweight, but very strong mesh panels are installed using a unique clip, which ensures a rigid but effective fixing.
The “TAAG Safety System” has had flexibility designed in so that one panel fits all edge and void situations providing full protection at all times.
The flexibility of the panel is shown at its best when fixing metal deck edge trim and when pouring concrete. Two height settings ensure full height safety is achieved during the initial stages of metal deck fixing and also after the concrete has been poured.
Phased erection of steelwork and decking can be safely isolated.
Palletised delivery and storage of the panels ensures the site is kept safe and tidy. Installation can be achieved at ground level, which works in parallel with the current HSE legislation of reducing risk of falls from height.
